Information
Slides Polysine®Calca-Natron glass ground 90°, thickness 1 mm Preparations are first electrostatically attracted and then biochemically bound. The permanent adhesive gives the slide excellent cell and tissue adhesion. Polysin® slides are insensitive to enzyme action or heating. Dimensions: L 75 x W 25 mm, thickness 1 mm. Particularly suitable for: Fresh preparations Tissue samples embedded in paraffin (2-5 μm, with alcohol, formalin, bouins or not with cross-compounds fixed) Extended discoloration method Extended in-situ DNA hybridizations and immunocytochemical methods Cytocentrifugal preparations
