Broad range cocktail of protease inhibitors for extraction of His-tagged proteins. Without EDTA.

Inhibitor cocktail for inhibition of a broad range of proteases. Inhibits serine proteases, aminopeptidase B, leucine-aminopeptidases, cysteine proteases, aspartic proteases, and metalloendopeptidases.
Recommended as cocktail for protease inhibition particularly for extraction of His-tagged proteins from bacterial extracts. EDTA-free to allow optimal Ni++- or Co++-his binding in affinity chromatography.
